La buena noticia es que una consulta no tiene que sentirse como una entrevista incómoda ni como un intento de convencer a alguien de comprarte.
En este taller vamos a hablar de cómo tener conversaciones que ayuden a tu posible clienta a entender lo que ofreces, conectar con tu trabajo y sentirse segura de dar el siguiente paso.
Vamos a hablar de:
Cómo llevar una consulta sin que se sienta forzada
Qué preguntas hacer para conocer realmente lo que necesita tu clienta
Cómo explicar el valor de tu trabajo sin sentir que estás tratando de “venderte”
Cómo hablar de tus precios sin disculparte por ellos
Qué puedes decir cuando te dicen: “Necesito pensarlo”
Cómo dar seguimiento sin sentir que estás persiguiendo a la persona
Y, finalmente, cómo pasar de “Me interesa” a “¡Vamos a reservar!”
Este taller es para ti si estás consiguiendo consultas, pero no siempre logras convertir esas conversaciones en clientas que reservan tus servicios.

They said yes. You signed the contract. You have a new client. Now what?
Once a client books, there are still a million little things to remember: welcome emails, forms, scheduling, payments, prenatal visits, resources, follow-ups, and keeping everything organized along the way.
In Doula Shortcuts, we'll focus on what happens after the consult and booking. How to create a smoother client onboarding experience and simple systems that make the behind-the-scenes part of doula work easier.
In this workshop, we'll talk about:
Creating a simple, organized client onboarding process
What to automate (and what should stay personal)
Using templates and checklists to stop reinventing the wheel
Keeping client information and important details organized
Tools that can help with scheduling, forms, contracts, payments, and communication
Small systems that can save you time throughout the client relationship
We'll also take a look at tools that can help streamline your workflow.
You'll leave with ideas you can actually use.
This workshop aims to help you find the little shortcuts that make your day-to-day work easier, so you can spend less time on the administrative stuff and more time doing what you actually became a doula to do.
We'll also leave time at the end for Q&A, so bring your questions, your favorite tips, and the things you've been wondering if there might be an easier way to do.

Sistemas sencillos y herramientas prácticas para hacer tu trabajo como doula un poquito más fácil.

¿Y ahora qué?
Una vez que alguien reserva contigo, todavía quedan mil cositas por hacer: enviar el email de bienvenida, completar formularios, coordinar fechas, recibir pagos, programar las visitas prenatales, compartir recursos, dar seguimiento… y mantener todo organizado durante el proceso.
En Atajos para Doulas, nos vamos a enfocar en todo lo que pasa después de la consulta y de que tu clienta reserva contigo.
Vamos a hablar de cómo crear una experiencia de bienvenida y onboarding más organizada, además de sistemas sencillos que hagan que toda esa parte que sucede detrás de cámaras sea mucho más fácil de manejar.
En este taller vamos a hablar de:
Cómo crear un proceso de bienvenida y onboarding sencillo y organizado
Qué cosas puedes automatizar (y cuáles es mejor mantener personales)
Cómo usar plantillas y checklists para no tener que empezar de cero cada vez
Cómo mantener organizada la información y los detalles importantes de tus clientas
Herramientas que pueden ayudarte con calendarios, formularios, contratos, pagos y comunicación
Pequeños sistemas que pueden ahorrarte tiempo a lo largo de toda la relación con tu clienta
También vamos a echarle un vistazo a algunas herramientas que pueden ayudarte a organizar y simplificar tu flujo de trabajo.
La idea no es que salgas con una lista enorme de cosas nuevas que tienes que hacer.
Queremos encontrar esos pequeños atajos que realmente puedes incorporar a tu negocio.
Porque mientras menos tiempo pases haciendo malabares con emails, formularios y pendientes, más tiempo tienes para hacer lo que realmente querías hacer cuando decidiste convertirte en doula: acompañar a tus clientas.
